The Anglo-German History and Relationship
The Anglo-German Fellowship was established to create and build friendship between the United Kingdom and Germany. It was an organization that began in 1935 and ended four years after it was created.
The Anglo-German aims to promote good fellowship between Great Britain and Germany and their respective peoples. It is also one of the ways to interpret the problems affecting the relations existing between two nations to enhance and promote fellowship.
The History of Anglo-German Fellowship
The Anglo-German history takes part in Heligoland were the pinnacle of the Anglo-German relationship formed. Land located in the North Sea near Germany but under the Ruling of the British Government but the majority of people who lived in it are German Emigres and writers. For this reason- this land has become the sign of peace between the two countries because of how the land is lived but through the war, it has become a sign of rivalry. The land has been conquered by both nations and ruled differently from another. But, at the end of the war, when the land has become ruins- the Chancellor of Western Germany in 1952 finally proclaimed it as a token of peace and friendship between Britain and Germany. For this history, a rich Anglo-German relationship starts.
The Current Relationship between Germany and UK
The Anglo-Germans are known for their love and hate relationship based on written history. Both countries have a few similarities in cultures and interests, especially in their mutual love for beer and football.
The history between Germany and Britain may have been put to an end many years ago however, both nations have left a great mark on each territory and heart. Despite dramatic historical breaks in the British-German relationship, Germany and Britain share a long and impressive tradition of good collaboration, characterized by an undeniable special bond of culture, trust, and friendship.

Germany and Britain have shared similar cultures as both are influenced by the combined cultures of all nations under Europe. The countries are known for their love for beer, tea, football, etc.
The culture of an Anglo-German circulates on both their origin of countries. The collision of both British culture and German culture is what is obvious when seeing the culture of an Anglo-German Culture. At the same time, both of the specific country cultures are very much alike. They talk directly about what they mean and are not afraid to hold back their thoughts. Germany and Britain have the same food interest though also differ on how they cook their food hence they have their versions of the same kind of food. These are some of the cultures that Britain and Germany share, the Anglo-German culture.
Despite the political wrangling and uncertainty, the people of Germany and Britain wish to continue working together and find ways to engage with each other. To help each other to grow. The response from the people of both nations has reminded the world that regardless of the line dividing the countries- the Anglo-German are bound together by culture, art, values, mutual attraction, and friendship.
